I don't know if it's the insurance company's fault or this app developer's fault but this app fails to do it's sole purpose, open secure web files. Error says "Mobile Edition does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." and then it sends you to a Voltage website which downloads an un-openable file without an extension. No settings can be changed. Poor design and there are no alternatives provided by my insurance company. Will change my review if this issue is cleared up.

This app does not work. I am not able to open secure messages from my insurance company. Error message says "Mobile version does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." So when you click on OK, you assume it will then switch to a web-based reader, right? WRONG. It just opens to the last page opened in Chrome, with the "web-based reader" page nowhere in sight!

Worthless. I only downloaded and installed this app because a major bank won't allow its employees to send or receive emails via ProtonMail and insist on using this instead. Supposedly it works with any email app (including ProtonMail), but so far it just redirects to a web page for reading and sending mail. It also doesn't appear to have a feature for sending attachments to emails. Definitely needs to be scrapped and redesigned.
